Wael was polite, professional and very helpful. I had an issue with installing my washing machine in quite an awkward place. Wael managed to fix the issue very quickly. Wael came round first thing the next day, inspected, clearly knew what to do, gave suitable caveats and quoted a fee and was able to start the work then. It did prove more complex and so his caveat had been very wise. The charge was proportionate to the work which took 6 hours. He cleaned up and left everything tidy. The work appears entirely satisfactory several days later. He is very pleasant and kind. A pleasure to have working in the house. Recommend him.
